Psychologist from ‘Universidad Autónoma de Madrid’, her specialty is Clinical Psychology.

She has extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, family interventions, couples therapy, self-esteem management, education and parenting, and in the assessment of cognitive-attentional abilities and difficulties. With an eminently friendly and cognitive-behavioural approach, she is also a specialist in systemic therapy.

She has contributed to several specialized books and articles. Although she works with people of all age groups, much of her therapies are aimed at children and adolescents.
