Massily Cárdenas Almonacid
General Health Psychologist
Massily holds a degree in Psychology from the Université de Nîmes (France) and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychopathology and Health Psychology from the Université de Toulouse II – Jean Jaurès. Originally from Colombia, she has built her career between France and Spain, working with people from very different backgrounds, cultures and circumstances, an experience that has deeply shaped her multicultural understanding of therapy.
She provides individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, with experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders and emotional difficulties, as well as issues related to self-esteem, relationships or particular stages of life.
Her approach is integrative and person-centered: she tailors therapy to the needs of each patient, combining different tools and forms of intervention. Beyond the issue that brings someone to therapy, Massily works on the thoughts, emotions, relationships and experiences that may be influencing it, placing particular emphasis on self-awareness and on understanding how we function emotionally.
With warmth, empathy and respect, Massily offers a space where each person can feel comfortable and progress at their own pace.
